These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in events operated by Ebrius Entertainment Ltd, trading as Ebrius Glasgow Pub Crawl ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a ticket and attending any Ebrius Glasgow Pub Crawl event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
1. General Terms
- 1.1 – These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants of Ebrius Glasgow Pub Crawl events, including regular crawls and private crawls.
- 1.2 – Participants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) as required by UK licensing laws. No ID, no entry — no exceptions.
- 1.3 – Ebrius Glasgow Pub Crawl reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy
- 2.1 – Tickets must be purchased in advance through our official website, via our booking platform, or from authorised vendors including our partner hostels.
- 2.2 – Current ticket price is £20 per person. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- 2.3 – Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where Ebrius Glasgow Pub Crawl cancels an event.
- 2.4 – Tickets are transferable to another date with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
- 2.5 – No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
3. Private Crawl Bookings
- 3.1 – Private crawls require a minimum of 5 fully paid participants to proceed.
- 3.2 – A deposit of £10 per person is required to secure a private crawl booking. The deposit is non-refundable unless Ebrius Glasgow Pub Crawl cancels the event.
- 3.3 – Cancellations of private crawls by the customer with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- 3.4 – Ebrius Glasgow Pub Crawl reserves the right to modify the route, venues, or schedule for private crawls due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Code of Conduct
- 4.1 – Participants are expected to drink responsibly and behave respectfully towards other participants, staff, and venue employees at all times.
- 4.2 – Any participant displaying aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may be removed from the event without refund.
- 4.3 – Ebrius Glasgow Pub Crawl is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- 4.4 – Any damage caused by a participant to a venue or other individuals is the sole responsibility of that participant.
5. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk
- 5.1 – By purchasing a ticket and attending an Ebrius Glasgow Pub Crawl event, participants voluntarily acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with consuming alcohol, including but not limited to impaired judgement, reduced coordination, and potential adverse health effects.
- 5.2 – Participants assume full personal responsibility for their own safety, actions, and wellbeing throughout the event and afterwards.
- 5.3 – If a participant becomes too intoxicated or unwell, Ebrius Glasgow Pub Crawl staff may ask them to leave the event for their own safety and the safety of others. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
- 5.4 – Participants should remain with the group at all times. Ebrius Glasgow Pub Crawl is not responsible for individuals who leave the crawl early or become separated from the group.
- 5.5 – Our pub crawls are not wheelchair accessible. Service animals are permitted.
6. Liability and Indemnity
- 6.1 – Ebrius Entertainment Ltd accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in any event.
- 6.2 – By purchasing a ticket, participants agree that Ebrius Entertainment Ltd shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage suffered as a result of their voluntary participation, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- 6.3 – Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ebrius Entertainment Ltd against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their own actions or behaviour during the event.
7. Photography, Filming & Image Consent
- 7.1 – By attending an Ebrius Glasgow Pub Crawl event, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed by our staff or other participants.
- 7.2 – These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials.
- 7.3 – If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a staff member at the start of the event.
- 7.4 – If you would like any photos or videos featuring you to be removed from our platforms, please contact us at [email protected].
8. Event Changes and Cancellations
- 8.1 – Ebrius Glasgow Pub Crawl reserves the right to alter the route, venues, timings, or format of any event without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
- 8.2 – In the unlikely event that we cancel a crawl entirely, all ticket holders will be offered a full refund or a free transfer to another date.
- 8.3 – We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by participants (e.g. travel, accommodation) as a result of event changes or cancellations.
9. Governing Law
- 9.1 – These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
- 9.2 – Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
